Working with the City of Philadelphia, RWG was an eligible developer to purchase city owned land to provide equitable housing to households with incomes of 80%-120% area median income. 16 new construction town homes were built located on 15th & Parrish Streets between 15th & 16th Streets in Francisville of Philadelphia.
The cost was no more than $229,990 with 3 bedrooms, and 1-2 bathrooms, back yards, and a 10 year tax abatement.
